Men yokardaky zatlan hemmesinin yarsyny ulandym. Bulgury 1 stakandan koprak suw bilen ezip 1 sagat goymaly. Irmigede gosmakan 5 minut onunden suw gosup ezmeli.Son sogany bulguryn ustune terkadan gecirmeli. Kimyon,salca,duz gosmaly we gowy yogurmaly. Ondan son ormik gosup yene gowy yogurmaly. Ici ucin farsy margarin bilen gowurmaly. Sogany maydajyk dograp gosmaly we gowurmaga 2-3 minut yaly dowam etmeli. Son baharatlary gosup sowatmaly. Son yuzlerne galan sosunuzdan calyp susam sepip 350F yuzi gyzaryanca bisirin. Isdaniz acyk bolsun.
