Bir gapda yumurtgalary mikser bilen gowy garyn. Son shekeri goshup onam gowy garmaly mikser bilen. Ondan son kabartma tozy,smetana,un,mesgani goshup gowy garmaly we 2-a bolmeli. Birisine kakao goshup garyn we keks bishirjek gabynyza guyun ustundenem beyleki kakao goshulmadygyny guyun (guymakanyz keks bishirjek gaby gowy yaglan). Onunden 350F gyzdyrlan duhowkada 30 minut yaly bishirin. Bishenson yuzune pudra shekeri sepin.

Sousy ucin:
50ml zeytun yag
2/3 stakan suyt (250 ml stakan men ulanyanym)
1/2 stakan suw
2 yumurtga
1 turk cay cemcesi duz

Ici ucin:
250g farsh
1 sogan (mayda dogralan)
1 kici ajy bolgar burc(mayda dogralan)
2 pomidor
duz, garaburc

Skoworodkada farsh bilen sogany gowrun, bishensonlar pomidory kubik edip dograp goshun.(pomidoryn dasyny ayyrsanyz gowy bolar. Pomidorlaryn ustune yuzuni yapyanca gaynag suw guyup 3 minut yaly garashsanyz daslary ansat sypyrlar). Duz bilen burcam oz isleginize gora goshun we sowadyn. Son boregin sousyny tayyarlan (bir gapda hemmesini gowja garaymaly).Podnosa alyumin folga yazyp yaglan. Son suratdaky yaly iki yufkany yazyn we sousdan calyn. Sheydip 7 sapar gaytalan(jemi 14 yufka bolyar iki ikiden goyanynyz ucin 7 sapar bolyar). Onson boregin ichini yayradyn we yene-de iki yufkadan sous chalyp galan yufkalaram onki edisiniz yaly goyun. Petrushkany maydajyk dograp, peynirem elinizde owradyp, ikisini garyn. Yily suwly stakanda drozhy eredip hamyr etjek gabynyza guyun. Galan zatlaram gosup yumsak ele elmesmeyan hamyr edin. Hamyry basyrman boleklere bolun(ortaca 28 sany pogaca bolyar). Elinizin ayasy bilen hamyry acyn we ortasyna peynir goyup iki gyrasyny birlesdirin(yarym ay seklinde bolar yaly). Podnosa alyumin folga yazyn we yaglan. Son pogacalary duzun we duhowkany yakman duhowkan icinde 15 minut goyun. Sonra yuzlerine yumurtgan sarysyny calyp 350F bisirin yuzi gyzaryanca.

Gazanda suw gaynadyn. Gaynan suwa makaron, duz we biraz yag gosun. Basga bir skoworodkada fars bilen sogany gowurun. Fars bilen sogan bisenson tomat pastany gosup 1 min yaly gowurup asagyny ocurin. Makaron bisenson suwuny suzup makaronly gazana skoworodkanam gosup 5 min yaly gowurup asagyny sondurin. Gyzgynlygna iyin.

Onunden serbeti tayynlamaly. Men serbet sowasanson holodilnikde goyyan. Baklawany edip baslamakanyz gazyn asagyny 330F ya-sda 165C getirin. Podnosa yufkan 10 sanysyny goyup margarinin yarsyny calyn. Son yufkan 8 sanysyny goyup galan margarinem calyp manyz sepin(suratdaky yaly). Ondan son galan 10 yufkanam goyup baklawany isleysiniz sekilde kesin (pisme yalam kesip bilersiniz) we kesip bolanynyzdan son hemme yerine osumlik yagdan guyup cykyn. Yuzune doly calynmaly osumlik yag. Sonam yuzi acyk melemtil bolyanca bisirin. Bisenden son dasynda 10 minut yaly dursun, son serbetini guyun. Kasir doly bismaka gaynag suw guyun. Kasire suw guyanyzda burunjinizede suw yuzune cykyanca gaynag suw guyun we 3 min garasyn. Wagt gecenden son burunji sowuk suwa yuwup gazana atyn. Yone burunji atmakanyz gaynap duran gazany gowja duzlan.
