Farshly bulgur palaw


Gerek zatlar:

2 orta sogan
2-3 nahar chemche mesge(osumlik yag ulansanam bolyar)
2 nahar chemche tomat pasta
1 kartoshka
1 stakan bulgur
300g farsh
1 bolgar burch
2 pomidor
duz, suw, garaburch

Skoworodkada farshy, 1dogralan sogany, bolgarburchy gowurmaly. Biship baryakalar pomidorlaryn dashyny ayirip kubik edip dograp goshmaly. Shonda duz, garaburcham goshup bishyanceler gowurmaly. Gazana yag guyup sogany gowurun. Sogan gowrulanson kartoshka(kartoshkany irirak kuik edip dogramaly),tomat pasta goshup kartoshka gazanyn duybune yelmeship bashlayancha bulashdyryp bulgury yuwup goshun we 1-2 gezek bulashdyryp suw goshun(suw gaynag bolmaly). Suw bulguryn 1cm yaly ustune cikmaly we gaynadyn. Gaynap durka bulap durmaly. Bulgur suwuny doly cekmaka gazanyn ashagyny hayyalladyn we gapagyny yapyp goyun 15 minut. Son palawy bir gezek bulap yene gapagynyn yapyp basyryn 15 minut. Eger bulgur biraz bishmelidir oytseniz gazanyn gapagyny yapyp 5-10 min yene goyayin. Bishenden son tarelkan yarsyna palaw yarsynada farshy goyup serwis edin. Ishdaniz achyk bolsun.
