Skoworodkada farshy, 1dogralan sogany, bolgarburchy gowurmaly. Biship baryakalar pomidorlaryn dashyny ayirip kubik edip dograp goshmaly. Shonda duz, garaburcham goshup bishyanceler gowurmaly. Gazana yag guyup sogany gowurun. Sogan gowrulanson kartoshka(kartoshkany irirak kuik edip dogramaly),tomat pasta goshup kartoshka gazanyn duybune yelmeship bashlayancha bulashdyryp bulgury yuwup goshun we 1-2 gezek bulashdyryp suw goshun(suw gaynag bolmaly). Ilki bilen sherbetini tayinlap sowadyn(suw bilen shekeri 10 minut gaynadyp limonyn suwuny goshmaly). Sherbet sowashanson holodilnikde dursa hasam gowsy. Mesge bilen sheker pudrany eliniz bilen garyn. Son yumurtga sarysyny goshup onam garyn. Ondan son irmik, soda, sonam uny goshup yumshak hamyr etmeli. Hamyry 15 minut klenka yaly bir zat bilen basyrmaly. 1 kici ajy bolgar burc(mayda dogralan)

Skoworodkada farsh bilen sogany gowrun, bishensonlar pomidory kubik edip dograp goshun.(pomidoryn dasyny ayyrsanyz gowy bolar. Pomidorlaryn ustune yuzuni yapyanca gaynag suw guyup 3 minut yaly garashsanyz daslary ansat sypyrlar). Duz bilen burcam oz isleginize gora goshun we sowadyn. Son boregin sousyny tayyarlan (bir gapda hemmesini gowja garaymaly).Podnosa alyumin folga yazyp yaglan. Son suratdaky yaly iki yufkany yazyn we sousdan calyn.
